Terms of Use
These terms set out the agreement between you and Voxcruit when you use the service. By creating an account or running an interview through Voxcruit you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
1. The service
Voxcruit is a software platform that runs AI voice interviews, scores answers against a skill rubric defined by the customer, and returns a ranked shortlist. The platform is provided as a subscription with usage based pricing. We may add, remove or modify features. We will not remove a feature in a way that materially harms an active paid customer without reasonable notice.
2. Your account
You need a Voxcruit account to use the service. You agree to provide accurate information when you sign up, to keep your password secure, and to be responsible for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away at info@pentabd.com if you think your account has been used by someone else.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Voxcruit to discriminate against candidates on the basis of a protected characteristic.
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, deceptive or that infringes someone else's rights.
- Try to break, probe or overload the platform, or work around our usage limits.
- Resell or sublicense the service without our written permission.
- Scrape, copy or reverse engineer the platform.
We can suspend or close an account that breaks these rules.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Voxcruit a limited licence to host, process and display that content so we can run the service for you. We do not use customer content to train public models. We may use fully anonymised data to improve the accuracy of speech recognition and scoring inside Voxcruit. You can opt out of this from your account settings.
5. AI scoring and decisions
Voxcruit produces a score and a recommendation, not a hiring decision. The final decision on any candidate is made by you. You are responsible for reviewing scores, for the fairness of your rubric, and for complying with employment law in your jurisdiction. We provide tools to help, including the ability to review transcripts, override scores and audit the rubric, but the obligation sits with you.
6. Billing
Pricing is published on the website and confirmed in your order. You are billed for the interviews you run in the period. Invoices are due within the days stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract a reasonable interest charge and may lead to suspension of the service. Taxes are added where required by law.
7. Term and cancellation
The agreement runs until you or we cancel it. You can cancel at any time from your account. We can cancel for non payment or for serious breach of these terms after giving you a chance to fix the issue. Cancellation does not refund usage that has already been incurred.
8. Warranties and disclaimers
We will use reasonable skill and care to provide the service. The service is otherwise provided as is. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, that scores will be free of error, or that it will fit a specific purpose beyond what is described on the website.
9. Limit of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability in any twelve month period is capped at the amount you paid us in that period. Nothing in this clause limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or in the product before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Dhaka, unless local law in your jurisdiction gives you a non waivable right to use a different court.
